Our event is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), or technology choices. We do not tolerate harassment of event participants in any form. Event participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the event at the discretion of the event organizers.
We want both our guests and staff to feel safe at our events. It is important to us that everyone who attends a Living Room event feels safe. We have therefore put together a code of conduct that applies both to our guests and staff.
If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact a member of the event staff immediately.
Event staff can be identified by their official Living Room t-shirts with the word 'Host' clearly stated on the back.
For any questions or to report an incident after an event, please contact: Hosts@Friendsoflivingroom.co.uk
Participants asked to stop any harassing behaviour are expected to comply immediately. I
f a participant engages in unacceptable behaviour, the event organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender, expelling them from the event without a refund, or by contacting local law enforcement.
